We are planning to establish a space called the Community Wisdom Lab, where senior citizens can come together and engage in interactive “what if” workshops. In these sessions, they will draw on their life experiences to develop practical solutions to real-life community challenges.
The initiative is designed to help senior citizens feel valued, included, and relevant in the community. Young volunteers will facilitate and support the workshops throughout the process.
Finally, the ideas and solutions generated by the participants will be compiled and presented to local government representatives for further consideration and action.
